Step-1: Download source file(.tar/.tar.gz/.zip) of Application
Step-2: Uncompress/Extract the archive file
Step-3: Open the folder & read READ.ME or INSTALL file.
Step-4: Follow steps given in above files
Step-5: ./configure --help find parameters for installation
Step-6: run "make && make install && make check"
Step-7: source "/bin & /lib path" in .cshrc or .bashrc file
