Solution: 

1. Press Win+R. Type regedit
2. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\LanmanWorkstation\Parameters
3. DoubleClick AllowsecureGuestAuth and change value data to 1.
