MVAPICH2 – Tyrone

Introduction

Mvapich2 is MPI2 over infiniband. The version of mvapich2 installed on tyrone cluster is mvapich2-1.8. On tyrone cluster mvapich2-1.8 is available for three different compiler runtime environments:

  2. mvapich2-1.8 compiled with open64
  3. mvapich2-1.8 complied with gcc
