Planned Power Shutdown – August 1 & 2, 2025

The SERC Prasa Data Center has been experiencing power instability issues, resulting in service disruptions. To resolve this, an electrical maintenance activity will be carried out, requiring a temporary power shutdown.

Impact During Shutdown:

• All licensed software services will be unavailable

• Web servers and hosted applications will be offline

• Computing facilities, storage systems, and clusters will not be accessible

Important Note:

• SERC services will be stopped on August 1 evening to ensure safe shutdown of systems.

• Services are expected to resume on August 2 evening, but may extend until Monday if needed.

• Further updates will be communicated.

Normal operations will resume after the maintenance is completed. We regret the inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation.
