MVAPICH2 on Delta Cluster – SUPERCOMPUTER EDUCATION AND RESEARCH CENTRE

Introduction

Mvapich2 is MPI2 over infiniband. The version of mvapich2 intsalled on delta cluster is mvapich2-1.8. On delta cluster mvapich2-1.8 is available for three different compiler runtime environments:

mvapich2-1.8 compiled with intel
mvapich2-1.8 compiled with open64
mvapich2-1.8 complied with gcc
