Workshop Objective: Workshop on GPU programming at SERC intended to encourage potential users working on Nvidia GPUs to understand the GPU system architecture and use standard packages and parallel codes.

Day1: Lectures + Labs
- Introduction to GPU Computing
- Accelerating Standard C++ and Fortran with GPUs
- Directive Based Programming with OpenACC
- CUDA C/Fortran Programming
- Libraries and Frameworks : Molecular Dynamics, QC
- Gromacs, LAMMPS, Quantum Espresso (QE)
Day 2: Bring your own application
Users bring their own application and get mentorship to selected few team
