Workshop on C-DAC Software Suite for HPC Users is a half-day programme organized jointly by C-DAC, Bengaluru, and SERC, IISc Bengaluru for PARAM Pravega Users. The workshop intends to provide an Overview of NSM/HPC, Architecture & Job submission on HPC clusters along with demonstration of HPC Profiler, Monitoring & management of Supercomputers, Build your own cloud using HPC cloud builder and HPC Dashboard. We will deliver a detailed presentation and lab-session for the softwares CAPC and ParaDE.
- ParaDE (Parallel Development Environment) is an IDE for HPC which helps developing applications using parallel programming paradigms;
- CAPC (C-DAC Automatic Parallelizing Compiler) is a fast and effective solution which automatically converts a sequential program to parallel code for different types of parallel hardware’s.
This workshop is intended both for the initiation into Param Pravega supercomputer in SERC and for the existing users to know the various productivity, management, and system software tools in the system. Pre-requisites:
- Familiarity with parallel programming like OpenMP/MPI
- User account on PARAM Pravega or access to it.
